Thanks for stopping by! My name is Beth "Binky" Neels. I graduated from Cornell University with a degree in horticultural. I love to use my organic vegetables and herbs from my garden, in my recipes. I have been collecting recipes since I was a child. I love to try different recipes and love a challenge. I heated my tortillas on a old cast iron pancake griddle from the 1800's.
Very easy access that way and NO dripping oil.

I have 3 pieces of Cast Ironware under 100 yrs; I make a Enchilada mix of onions, Bell peppers, celery, Pulled Pork, frozen kernel corn from a site and add rice that is 1 day old and cold to the mix in a wok ( or Big skillet-chicken fryer) to cook/sautee it. Heat the Tortillas on the griddle and make Burritos for Breakfast; 2 will do ya if you use 10" bread. takes all of 20 minutes if lazy.

Error link to your slow cooked corned beef. Pls provide recipe: just purchased my very first all natural, humanely raised, hormone free, first-cut brisket corned beef to slow cook my own pulled corned beef sandwiches. Did I buy the wrong cut? I ended up with a fully cooked brisket, too cooked for my preference. Pls reply w your simple recipe. TU!
